Join us every Wednesday at the Mary Thomas Center in Takapuna for an all levels Yin Yoga class. A great way to reduce mid week stress. Add a weekly Yin practice to your usual exercise schedule to help sooth and stretch stiff and tired muscles and joints.
Every class will have a strong focus on meditation and will often incorporate a guided mediation throughout the class.
