All our private single sessions and programs are tailored to your personal needs.
We work with techniques from various yoga traditions with a big focus on meditation and breath work.
Private sessions have the option to incorporate our intuitive style of energy healing. Energy involves the placement of hands, on and above the body, whilst guiding you through movement or into stillness.
Sessions may be done in silence but often involve verbal communication to help guide the session along.
Private sessions are the perfect solution to stress relief, poor sleep, anxiety, depression, lack of focus, fatigue and so much more.
